STREAM Lesson Plans – Created by Dedicated and Creative Educators

As part of the Let’s STREAM project, participants designed a wide range of innovative and interdisciplinary lesson plans that integrate Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STREAM), along with subjects such as Music, English and German Language, Geography, Physical Science, Biology, and Physical and Health Education.

Our Let’s STREAM participants were truly dedicated, creative, and resourceful, developing lesson plans that reflect both their enthusiasm for teaching and their ability to connect real-world topics with STREAM concepts.

The third day of the Summer School was dedicated to the exchange of experiences and ideas, with participants presenting the lesson plans they developed during the online course as their final assignment. Each plan represented the thoughtful application of knowledge and skills acquired throughout the project and featured strong integration of multiple STREAM areas.

Through inspiring and practical presentations, participants demonstrated how they translated the concepts learned into concrete educational activities, tailored for use in both classrooms and kindergartens. The discussion that followed was highly engaging—participants offered suggestions for improvement, shared their own teaching experiences, and exchanged ideas for adapting the presented approaches to different educational contexts. The atmosphere was open, collaborative, and motivating, enriching the experience for everyone involved and inspiring continued professional growth.

The topics of the lesson plans include:

  • Recycling and Resource Recovery
  • Diversity of Nature – Connection of Living and Non-Living Nature
  • Animals’ Magic Box
  • STEM Candy Cars
  • Different Materials, Different Uses
  • Back to Nature – Making Juice from Rose, Acacia, and Elderflower
  • Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
  • Green Monitoring
  • Air Resistance in Free Fall

All lesson plans, along with selected participant presentations, are now available for download. We invite educators, students, and anyone interested in STREAM education to explore and use these inspiring resources in their own teaching practice.
